用料:咸菜莆1包,鸡蛋3粒,蒜茸少许。
做法:鸡蛋打入碗中打散,将菜莆浸泡在水中,用手用力抓拿,去掉水挤干。烧热镬,放入半碗的油,略热下菜莆炒,下蒜茸,炒至菜莆干香,将鸡蛋慢慢下镬,用小火慢慢煎至两面金黄即行了。
