Population dynamics and estimation of maximum sustaining yield for Parapenaeopsis hardwickii in the northern area of East China Sea;

The separating performance of sorting grid with different bar spaces(15 mm,20 mm and 25 mm) for spear littoral shrimp(Parapenaeopsis hardwickii) and Chinese ditch prawn(Palaemon gravieri) was analyzed based on the SELECT model.

Based on the shrimp survey in the continental shelf of the East China Sea by trawl net from 1986 to 1990 and from 1997 to 2001,9468 Parapenaeopsis hardwickii were measured,among which 5845 were female and 3623 male.
