Methods The telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP)and the silver staining assay were used to detect the telomerase activity in the tissue biopsy specimens and the brush biopsy specimens of bronchofiberscope from 35 patients with lung cancer and 35 patients with chronic bronchitis or benign pulmonary disease.
方法 采用以聚合酶链反应 (PCR)为基础的端粒重复序列扩增法 (TRAP) ,结合聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳银染法检测经纤维支气管镜取出的 3 5例肺癌患者肺癌组织和相应健侧肺支气管粘膜及 3 5例支气管 肺良性疾病患者支气管粘膜的端粒酶活性。
