以上海交通大学草业科学研究中心选育的结缕草新品系-上海“JD-1结缕草”为研究对象,通过对水分胁迫(无胁迫、轻度胁迫和重度胁迫)、践踏胁迫(践踏强度分为无践踏、中度和重度践踏)和氮素处理(无氮、中氮和高氮)三因素的大田裂区试验,测定了结缕草在各处理下的生长、生理和光合指标,研究了水分、践踏胁迫和氮肥处理对结缕草种群特征和抗逆生理特性,得出了如下结论: 1水分胁迫能明显抑制结缕草的生长发育,结缕草也能通过自身生理生化反应来减弱由水分胁迫带来的伤害。

A field experiment was performed to investigate responses of crude fibre,soluble sugar,chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate(Tr)of Lolium perenne to trample stress under conditions of waste crumb rubber with different sizes being filled in turf medium.
通过践踏胁迫基质填充废胶粒草坪,研究了黑麦草粗纤维、可溶性糖、叶绿素、气孔导度、细胞间CO2浓度、净光合速率及蒸腾速率等指标,结果表明:基质填充不同粒径胶粒草坪践踏后,1～2mm粒径处理黑麦草粗纤维含量低于2～4mm和4～6mm处理,对照为最高。
