以上海交通大学草业科学研究中心选育的结缕草新品系-上海“JD-1结缕草”为研究对象,通过对水分胁迫(无胁迫、轻度胁迫和重度胁迫)、践踏胁迫(践踏强度分为无践踏、中度和重度践踏)和氮素处理(无氮、中氮和高氮)三因素的大田裂区试验,测定了结缕草在各处理下的生长、生理和光合指标,研究了水分、践踏胁迫和氮肥处理对结缕草种群特征和抗逆生理特性,得出了如下结论: 1水分胁迫能明显抑制结缕草的生长发育,结缕草也能通过自身生理生化反应来减弱由水分胁迫带来的伤害。
