性质:吸收和隔离高速回转的机械所产生的振动载荷,以保护厂房环境及周围设备不受振动和噪音的污染和干扰的装置,又称隔振器。离心机运行中振动不可避免,必须应用减振器。离心机减振有两种。一是轴系减振,即采用挠性主轴承结构,可将振动限制在主轴和转鼓范围内。这种方法效果最好,但结构复杂、制造精度高、成本高。用于超高速离心机的主轴系,如蝶式、管式和气体离心机。另一种是结构简单、应用广泛的减振器,原理如图所示(图暂缺)。设备与基础板紧固连接,下面由弹性元件支承。减振系数是减振器效果指标。计算表明机身与基础板质量越大,弹性元件刚度越低,则机身自由振动的固有频率越低,减振系数越小,减振效果也越好。设计合理时,减振系数可达1/10~1/20
