性质: 胶料在进入挤出机加料口后,受螺杆压缩形成胶团旋转推进,在机筒与螺杆之间受剪切搅动,逐渐形成黏流体,当推进到机头时,受口裂阻挡产生静压力,并推动胶料流过口型。在进入机头后,由于受机头内壁的摩擦阻力,胶料中间部分流速变快,靠机头内壁部分流速减小,形成层流。胶料在机头内增压后流过口型,因口型直径变小流速增大,形成速度梯度,使胶料产生拉伸变形而产生膨胀状态的挤出物。
