多工位级进冲模的第一工位挡料结构有其特色,即能设置在任意需要的地点推出挡料销。在图1中的主要零件是挡料销和滑板。不需限位时,挡料销低于下模平面,需要时可推动滑板,通过前端斜面,使挡料销伸出下模平面实现挡料。
