本文在细致模拟坝址区层间层内错动带空间展布和连通特征基础上，采用三维非线性有限元及刚体弹簧元法，对溪洛渡高拱坝坝肩静动力稳定性进行研究：定量分析了层间层内错动带的变形和超载破坏规律；确定了坝肩岩体的超载及综合安全系数、破坏形态和破坏机理；计算了坝肩典型滑动块体在地震作用下的动力抗滑安全系数并分析了坝肩岩体整体抗滑稳定性，从而总体评价工程安全性。
