类幻觉
hallucinoid
类幻觉(hallueinoid)亦称“不完全幻觉”(ineomPlete hallueination)。它的构成除感知成分之外，还具有表象和思·维的某些特点。常见的有4种:(l)假性幻觉，其特点是幻觉存在于“主观空间”，并不投射到外界，且不通过器官即可获得。病人不用眼睛可以看到脑子里有一个人像，不通过耳朵就能听见脑子里有人说话的声音。假性幻觉是介于知觉和表象之间的一种特殊形式的幻觉。(2)思维化声和读心症病人想什么，就听见什么(幻听)，内容完全一致。这种与思维一致的幻听，如果出现于“主观空间”，病人感到似乎是自己的思维变成了声音，称为思想化声;如果幻听来自“客观空间”，病人感到似乎另外一个人在“阅读”他的思想，称为读心症。(3)思维显形，病人在思考时，能同时看到脑内出现相应的景象，这是一种不完全的幻视，相当于听觉方面的思维化声。(4)精神性幻觉病人脑内出现无声的语言，内容不随主观意志改变，是具有思维特点的幻听。类幻觉多见于精神分裂症。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
