| 集成注入逻辑电路 integrated injection logic 在NPN晶体管的基极接有PNP晶体管作为恒流源，采用公共发射区，集成多个NPN晶体管倒相器的基本门电路。简称I2L电路。将这类基本门电路前后串接起来，经过适当组合，即可实现各种逻辑功能。I2L电路发展于20世纪70年代初，它是在常规双极型集成电路工艺的基础上经过改进而成的。I2L电路无需隔离，结构紧凑，不用电阻，有较高的集成密度，功耗低。但开关速度较慢，截止频率较低，抗干扰能力差。为克服这些缺点，已研制出若干改进型I2L电路 。I2L电路发展较晚，常用于制作双极型大规模集成电路。 |
