原料: 原 料:

原材料:番茄300克、嫩豆腐50克、水发木耳10克,生姜10克、青豆粒20克。调味料:花生油15克、盐5克、味精5克、白糖1克、牛奶15克、湿生粉适量、麻油1克。

制法: (1)番茄切去上面1/4,挖空内部,嫩豆腐打碎,水发木耳洗净切米,生姜去皮切米,青豆粒洗净。

(2)把嫩豆腐泥加入生姜米、木耳米、青豆粒拌匀酿入番茄内,入蒸笼用旺火蒸7分钟。

(3)然后拿出,锅内加油,注入清汤,调入盐、味精、白糖、牛奶烧开,用湿生粉勾芡,淋上麻油,浇到番茄上即成。
