辅料:冬瓜、西红柿、水晶粉、姜、蒜

调料;盐、白糖、胡椒粉

烹制方法

1、坐锅点火倒油,下西红柿炒成酱,加入姜、蒜,倒入水,将冬瓜、鱼块放入烧,加盐、白糖、胡椒粉调味,水晶粉煮熟后放入碗中,将烧好的鱼和冬瓜取出放入上面,浇汤撒葱花即可。

特点:酸辣鲜香,开胃醒脑。
