二粒小麦(emmer)

小麦属四倍体种,包括野生二粒小麦(Triticum dicoccoides Korn)和栽培二粒小麦Triticum dicoccum Schuebl.。染色体数2n=4x=28,染色体组型为AABB。穗扁平,每小穗结实2粒,穗轴易断,籽粒带皮(稃)。

株高一般80-90cm,易倒伏,穗长9cm左右,具粗糙长芒,护颖质硬,颖脊明显,穗轴节片周围有密毛,小穗基部有长毛。穗轴脆,易逐节自然断落,种子带皮(稃),不易脱粒,每小穗2-3花,结实两粒,籽粒较长,两端稍尖,硬质,红色或浅红色,蛋白质含量高达24%以上,冬性,变种var.kotschianum具Rf基因,抗条锈病和散黑穗病。

栽培二粒小麦已知有76个变种。多数类型幼苗直立,叶片着生茸毛。株高90-120cm,抗倒伏性不强。穗扁平,长8-10cm,侧面宽于正面;小穗排列紧密,多具长芒,颖脊明显,穗轴较脆,触碰时易断,籽粒较长,红色、硬质。以春性为主,抗锈病、白粉病和散黑穗病,是带皮(稃)小麦在小麦育种中应用较多的种。二粒小麦品种卡普利(Khapli)曾是叶锈病著名的抗源。
