主料:面筋、蘑菇
辅料:胡萝卜、黄瓜、香肠、葱、姜
调料:盐、鸡精、料酒、酱油、白糖、香油
烹制方法:
1、将黄瓜、香肠、胡萝卜分别切成圆片,面筋过水煮一下捞出备用;
2、坐锅点火倒入油,下葱姜煸炒出香味,再放入蘑菇、香肠、黄瓜、面筋、胡萝卜翻炒,快熟时加入盐、鸡精、白糖、料酒、酱油调味,出锅前淋香油即可。
特点:鲜咸适口,营养丰富。
