Programming of Hook Based on Win32 Masm;

Through analysis of the logical parameter read-write rule of a hard disk under the protected mode with WIN32 assembly language,the essential segment of WIN32 assembly program to read-write hard disk was given.

The article has analyzed the importance of reforming assembly language course s didactical content,expounded the differ- ent points between Win32 assembly language and DOS assembly language through one example,studied the characteristic of Win32 Assembly Language,and explored didactical rule of the Win32 assembly language.

By analyzing educational actualities of assembly language programming course, a educational reform project is proposed, in which the teaching content of the course is replaced with Win32 assembly language programming.
