Cangkou Navigational Channel Bridge is cable-stayed bridge with large segmental construction of steel box girder in Qingdao Bay Bridge.
针对青岛海湾大桥沧口航道斜拉桥钢箱梁大节段施工,其海上安装高度高、节段自重大及施工工期长等特点,对钢箱梁安装临时支架进行专项设计计算,对临时支架的构造细节和安装顺序进行了介绍;并采用MIDAS建立了其空间有限元模型,参照现行的桥梁设计规范,确定相关计算参数、工况和计算荷载,对支架整体结构的变形、应力和振动特性进行分析,并对十字梁的变形和局部应力等关键性问题进行了详细的阐述。

With reference to the construction features and practice of precast segmental girders by short line match method and in the light of the so-called "chain breaking" problem caused by damage to the geometric shape of the completed bridges due to the damage of the precast segmental girders,this paper presents a construction method of deck joint presetting and two-time concrete casting.
结合节段梁短线法施工的特点与实践,针对因节段梁损毁造成成桥线形破坏出现“断链”的情况,介绍预留接缝、二次浇注的施工方法,该方法有效地解决了“断链”问题,恢复了成桥线形,满足了架设精度要求。
