Aimed at the random choice of pay charge way in combinational toll system and based on the queue theory and disaggregate theory,authors developed the random choice model for pay charge and found the solving arithmetic for equilibrium state of pay charge way of ETC system.
针对组合式收费系统中驾驶员缴费方式的随机选择行为,以排队论与非集计理论为基础,建立电子收费(Electronic Toll Collection,ETC)系统缴费方式随机选择模型及均衡状态求解算法。

Based on queue theory and disaggregate theory,we develop the optimization method of resource in multiform toll way system object to the minimum of average delay time of toll system and the minimum of total cost of toll system and the maximum of the ratio of benefit increment to cost increment.
以排队论、非集计理论为理论基础,分别以系统平均延误最小、系统总成本最小、系统效益增量与成本增量之比最大为目标,对多收费方式收费系统进行资源优化。
