弹性工时
flexible working hours
弹性工时(flexible working hours)一种利用管理中的时间因素来调动职工工作积极性和提高工作效率的管理制度。这种制度规定职工除部分时间按规定上下班外，其余时间可在一定范围内自行安排。在执行弹性工时计划时，统一支配时间一般为六个小时，被称为“核心时间”，在“核心时间”内，职工皆需出勤;而在，’4卜核心时间”，职工既可提早上班，也可提早下班。在某些情况下，职工还可以一周或几周平均计算工作时间，即可以在某些天低于正常工时，然后再在某些天把工时补上。弹性工时起源欧洲，盛行于瑞士。由于这种制度给职工以较大的自由，受到职工的普遍欢迎。 (张燕逸撰张交审)
