shu一Iun fod一onJ一daozhoueheng水轮发电机导轴承(guide bearing of hy-drogenerator)水轮发电机导轴承主要承受转子机械不平衡力和由于转子偏心所引起的单边磁拉力。其主要作用是防止轴的摆动。导轴承由导轴承瓦、支柱螺栓、套筒、座圈、滑转子和油冷却器等主要部件组成.根据水轮发电机的总体结构布t,导轴承的结构型式分为:①具有单独油槽的导轴承。它一般都有滑转子(热套于轴上并与轴一起加工),导轴承瓦直径较小,瓦块数也较少.在滑转子下缘开径向供油孔.在离心力作用下向轴瓦供油,并使油路经油冷却器形成循环.这种结构适用于大、中容量悬式水轮发电机或半伞式水轮发电机的上导轴承.②与推力轴承合用一个油柑的导轴承。它常将推力头兼作滑转子,具有结构紧凑的特点,但导轴承直径较大,瓦块数也较多.为了加强导轴承瓦的润滑冷却,通常在镜板或推力头上开若干个径向孔.此种结构适用全伞式水轮发电机的下导轴承和中小容量悬式水轮发电机的上导轴承。 通常导轴承用支柱螺钉进行调整轴瓦间隙。目前采用楔子板代替支柱螺钉,简化了结构和制造工艺。调节螺帽和锁定零件装设在轴承油面上部靠近轴承盖处、便于调节轴承瓦面与滑转子的间晾。 当水轮发电机磁路不对称,励磁绕组发生两点接地,轴附近存在漏磁等情况时,轴两端间将出现感应交变电动势。如果轴承油膜被击穿,井形成电流通路时,镜板和轴瓦将因流过轴电流而受损.为此需采取轴绝缘措施,通常是对上导轴承和推力轴承均用绝缘垫与轴承座相绝缘。在不充油的情况下,导轴承对地绝缘电阻值应不低于IM口.
