试脸是使转子在动平衡机上用加装平衡块的方法来达到动平衡,以保证转子运行的稳定性和可靠性。 大型再热汽轮机的转子一般由高压转子、中压转子和低压转子三部分组成,转子之间用联轴器连接,分别t于高、中、低压汽缸内(见汽轮机本体)。按结构机较少采用。 主轴是支持汽轮机转子在轴承中旋转的部件,或称大轴.主轴的概念来自套装转子。整锻转子和焊接转子的叶轮(或转鼓)和主轴则成一整体。 套装转子的主轴如图2所示。为了在主轴上套装箱要,有的将高、中压转子组合为一根,称作高中压联合转子。 汽轮机转子按结构分为套装转子、整锻转子和焊接转子三种基本型式(见图1)。有时也采用整锻一套装式或整锻一焊接式转子。 恋袭转子将叶轮和联轴器过盈装配于主轴上并用轴向或径向键传递转矩的转子。它一般用于中、低压转子,工作温度不大于400℃。对于受载较大的低压级叶轮,应采用端面径向键的结构型式.套装转子锻件尺寸较小,各零件可同时加工.制造周期短.工艺简单,造价低,但其零件加工、装配工作量大,转子刚性差,轮孔应力大,承载能力较低,运行灵活性差。现代汽轮 图2套装转子的主轴叶轮和联轴器等零件的方便,主轴做成阶梯形,中间直径最大,两侧的直径逐级减小,对应于各套装零件部位在轴上开有键槽。
