补充资料：国家励志奖学金
为帮助更多的学习优异的贫困生完成学业，今年，我国将首次设立国家励志奖学金。
国家励志奖学金由中央和地方共同设立，奖励对象为普通本科高校和高等职业学校本专科在校生中品学兼优的家庭经济困难的学生，资助金额为每人每年5000元，资助覆盖面将达到全国高校在校生的3%。国家励志奖学金今后将适当向国家最需要的农林水地矿油核等专业的学生倾斜。
国家励志奖学金所需资金，中央部门所属高校由中央负担；地方所属高校根据各地财力及生源状况由中央和地方按比例分担。今年9月新学期开学时，中央财政和地方财政就将投入14亿元，发放首批国家励志奖学金。
