药筒拔法 药筒拔法 治疗学术语。指用药筒将溃疡的脓毒拔出。其作用与拔火罐相似。适用于阴发背十五日前后,坚硬散漫不收,脓深不能向外溃破者。其法先以鲜菖蒲、羌活、独活、蕲艾、白芷、甘草各15克,连须葱90克,用清水十碗,煎几十沸候用;其次,用鲜竹几段,每段长七寸,口径约一寸三分,一头留节,刮青留白,厚约一分多,靠节钻一孔,用细杉木条塞紧,放前药水内煎几十沸。脓内溃难出者,可先作品字形三切口,将药水盆放在病人床前,把药筒内热水倒去,乘热急对疮口合上,按紧自然吸住,约等5-10分钟药筒已凉,拔去木塞。药筒自落。凡溃疡严重者不能用,以免引起出血。
