The supervision regulations concerning the monitoring activities in the construction of large and mediumsized water conservancy & hydropower projects are worked out, covering the definition, responsibility and duty of owner and contractor, specific supervision engineer, specific supervision basis, detailed main working rules, payment, punishment, dispute and arbitration, acceptance and delivery.

Although presently some universities and colleges have the authority to establish and classify their own disciplines of undergraduates, it is still a common problem on how to specify the discipline of optical engineering.
