Aiming at speed-raised railway,dynamic finite element method is adopted in the paper in order to analyze the dynamic responsing regularity of the track structure under the condition of the original irregularities and different velocity of locomotive passing though the track with rigidity abrupt change.

The aim of the thesis is to recognize the meaning of railway acceleration and evaluate the social benefit of it scientifically,this is of very importance to further the speed accerleration of railway well,and promote sustainable development of the national economy and communication and transportation.

According to the current status and problems existing in railway track maintenance management for speed-up railway in China,this paper combines the track geometric data from typical railway lines and their management needs,develops a track integral maintenance system,and introduces the functions,software structure and the typical applications of this system.
