补充资料:台湾宽尾凤蝶
台湾宽尾凤蝶翅展90~120mm,和我国大陆产的宽尾凤蝶非常接近,相同处有:都具有宽大尾状突起,且有两条尾脉;不同处有:后翅中室和附近呈白色,外缘各室、臀角、尾突上的红斑呈圆门形。雌蝶翅面较宽圆。
台湾宽尾凤蝶为台湾特产,极为稀有。成虫栖息时常平放翅膀,飞行缓慢,常作滑翔飞态,幼虫寄主于檫树。在乌来和台东都有采集纪录。该种在学术上有很高的价值,有中国“国蝶”的美誉。
