Discussion on water level for flood control at Chenglingji

The Yangtze River and Dongting Lake intersects in Chenglingji, rolling eastward, forming the famous "Three Jiangkou".

Based on the actual state of hydrologic network in Shaanxi Province,this paper made an assessment,suggested on the principle and target of optimizing and adjusting the network,and put forward a plan for adjustment,complement and improvement of the network.
