中国南水北调中线工程
mid-line project of transferring water from south to north in China

zhongguo nanshui beidiao中国南水北调中线工程zhongxian gongeheng (mid一line Projeetof transferring water from south tonorth in China)从长江中游和其支流汉江引水。近期先从汉江引水,也称引汉;远期再从长江引水扩大调水规模。供水范围主要为黄、淮、海平原的西部,从渠首开始向北最远可供水到北京市,受益范围10余万平方公里。 引汉是由汉江上的丹江口水库引水,该库已按初期规模建成,(见丹江口水利枢纽)。1973年已建成陶岔和清泉沟两座引水枢纽,初期设计引水能力分别为500和100米”/秒,并开挖了引汉渠道,分别向河南、湖北两省的唐白河灌区供水,均已发挥灌溉效益。丹江口水库节跳规模多年平均可调水量约100亿立方米,水库按最终规模建成后,多年平均可调水量约230亿立方米。在调水的同时,需在汉江中下游兴建若干梯级枢纽和补水工程,以保证汉江的航运及工农业供水。因调水而减少丹江口水电站的保证出力和发电量,将由其他电源代替。 引汉总干渠线路,由陶岔渠首往北,沿伏牛山山前地带,经南阳、方城,进入淮河流域,经鲁山、宝丰、禹县到郑州以西的牛口峪越黄河,进入海河流域,又沿太行山的前缘地带,经焦作、辉县,大体沿京广铁路西侧经邯郸、石家庄、唐县、易县、房山、最后到北京市区玉渊潭,全线长约1260公里,其中黄河以南480公里;黄河以北780公里。全线约四分之一渠段通过低山丘陵区,其余渠段为冲积平原和冲积、洪积扇。引汉渠首水位149米,到黄河南岸水位约119米,到北京市约50米,在地形上全线均能开挖明渠自流送水。 工程的规划设想是:丹江口水库大坝按最终规模加高;新挖1260公里长的渠道,渠首引水流量1200米“/秒,过黄河800米”/秒,到北京市120米”/秒。总干渠与168条天然河道相交,交叉工程分别采取平交或立交措施。过黄河处拟采用渡槽。总干渠有30余处与铁路干支线相交,亦需修建交叉工程。部分渠段需衬砌护坡与防渗。为了调节水量,需修反调节水库,和利用已建的13座大型水库作补偿调节,还可利用沿线比较丰富的地下水资源,实行井渠结合,发挥补偿供水作用。 为了及早向黄河以北送水,初期引汉供水对象以工业和城市生活用水为主,丹江口水库按现状考虑,黄河以北可先利用一部分现有河道送水入白洋淀,再提水入北京市。 中线引水在引汉阶段,限于可引水量不能充分满足华北的需水要求,远景可由长江中游干流引江水补充。(陶端才劫
