The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that there are five kinds of assessment indexes of communications problems of middle school students:behavioral restriction,methods and skills of communication,emotional support,communication attitude,lack of communication.

Performance communication is the key in performance management, it plays an important role in every process of the whole performance management, but the communicants is different from processes, it is necessary a effective and lasting communication to communicants.
