The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that there are five kinds of assessment indexes of communications problems of middle school students:behavioral restriction,methods and skills of communication,emotional support,communication attitude,lack of communication.

Supervision of construction quality on the highway from the establishment of high-quality supervision team,full of common importance from top to bottom,to take the necessary technical measures and focus on communication and coordination work to create a good atmosphere,etc.

The author puts forwards her own opinions on how to strength the coordination and communication between different specialties, and improve the design quality with her working ex.

Based upon many years experiences of the author in the manufacturing engineering this article, on one hand, summarises the incoordinate problems in aircraft manufacture caused by an unreasonable coordination route design, deformation under the action of weight and the accumulated error, and on the other hand, it gives some actual and specific examples to show how these problems are solved.

887 students selected from the 7~(th) to 12~(th) grades of an average middle school in Beijing and a key middle school in Jinan were asked to fill a questionnaire anonymously to explore the relationship between parent-adolescent communication problems and adolescents social adjustment.
