性质:属油脂类化合物,是不饱和脂肪酸的2,3-丁二醇酯,因而不属于真脂,但其性质与真脂相似。没有明显的沸点和熔点,折射率1.4705,旋光度0°。来源于禾本科植物薏苡(Coix lachryma-jobi L. )的种仁,川谷[C. 1achryma-jobiL. var. mayuen (Roman.) Stapf]的种仁。具有抗癌活性,由本品制成的针剂及霜剂临床上用于治疗指掌角皮症及各类型湿疹。
