主料:白萝卜
辅料:火腿、葱花、墨鱼、玉米粒、青豆
调料:盐、生粉、香油、胡椒粉、香草
烹制方法:
1、萝卜切丝或粒,焯水备用(盐腌制一下也可),墨鱼去皮膜,用粉碎机打成胶,加盐、淀粉、香油、胡椒粉、火腿、玉米粒、青豆、葱花、萝卜粒拌匀制成坯状;
2、坐锅点火放油,油热后将白萝卜饼坯放入锅中煎成金黄色即可。
特点:香滑软糯、味美清甜
