| 黄苔 病理苔色之一。黄苔主里证、热证。淡黄苔热轻，深黄苔热重，焦黄苔为热结，嫩黄苔多属虚热。苔淡黄而薄，也常见于外感风热表证或风寒化热。有时黄苔也可表现为虚证，在杂病还可见于食滞等证。黄苔多分布于舌根或正中沟部位，也可布满全舌。黄苔常与白、灰、黑苔等同时兼见，每种苔色中又可有厚薄、润燥、腐腻等不同表现。从而形成多种形态的舌象。因此，其临床意义也各不相同，如舌苔微黄而薄，为邪浅中虚；深黄而厚腻，为湿热较盛；黄厚不燥，舌色青紫，多为冷酒或冷食所伤。 |
