原料:
白萝卜500克、蜜糖70克。
制法:
1、白萝卜去皮切段,在中间挖出少量萝卜肉成竹筒状,再切一萝卜圆厚片作为盖.
2、将蜜糖倒入白萝卜挖空处.
3、将处理好的白萝卜隔水炖1小时,取出即成.
小贴士：
炖白萝卜的火候以慢火为佳。
