To sudy the hypoglycemic effect of Sangningcha, two kinds of tests were assayed: the health mice were treated withGlucose Tolerance Test (GTT) and the streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice were treated with mulberry extract and Sangningchaextract respectively.
以常规降糖药格列本脲(优降糖)为阳性对照,通过对正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠进行葡萄糖耐量试验(GTT)及降血糖治疗试验,研究了桑宁茶的降血糖作用。

Determination of eight mineral compositions in the mulberry tea in Tongxiang, Zhejiang province by way of AAS resulted that they were higher compared with that in other tea, among which the content of K, Ca, and Mg the highest, 3 ~ 6 times higher than that in tea.
用微波消解技术对样品进行消解,用火焰原子吸收法测定了浙江桐乡桑叶茶中8种矿物元素的含量,结果表明,桑叶茶中的矿物元素含量较高,其中含量最高的是K、Ca、Mg,比茶叶高出3~6倍,且其比例有利于人体吸收,有较高的营养保健价值,适合各类人群饮用。

用来自秦岭的马桑籽,经乙醇回流提取,通过硅胶柱、高效液相制备柱分离得到3个内酯类和一个芳香类化合物,根据光谱数据鉴定其结构分别为羟基马桑毒素(tutinⅠ)、马桑亭(coriatinⅡ)、马桑宁(corianinⅢ)和香草醛(vanillinⅣ)。
