道德判断的发展(devel。pment。fm。raxjudgement)道德判断是运用道德概念或知识通过推理对他人或自己的行为作道德评价的过程。儿童的道德判断能力是在社会化过程中,在教育等的影响下逐渐形成和发展的。J.皮亚杰认为儿童的道德判断的发展是从他律向自律过渡。所谓他律是指儿童的道德判断受自身以外的价值标准所支配,而自律是指儿童的道德判断是受自己主观的价值标准所支配。10岁以下儿童用一种两难推理来进行判断,常把道德规则看成是固定的、绝对的,是由成人或上帝传下来的东西,是不能变动的。10岁以上儿童则以不同的方式来思考,把道德原则看成是相对的,在一定程度上可以改变的。L.柯尔伯格继承和发扬了J.皮亚杰的研究,总结出儿童道德判断的发展经历三个水平、六个阶段:第一级水平为前习俗水平,分为服从与惩罚定向和相对的快乐主义阶段;第二级水平为习俗道德水平,分为好孩子定向、社会秩序和权威的支持者阶段;第三级水平为后习俗道德水平,分为民主地承认法律和普遍的原则阶段。 (白学军撰林索德审)
