胃切除术后的营养性并发症之一。多因胃排空过快，小肠蠕动增强，消化吸收不良所致。自粪便中排出超过7%摄入的脂肪则称为脂肪泻，多见于毕Ⅱ术式，食物甚快地排出，致使胆汁分泌不能与食糜同步而丧失乳化作用，影响脂肪吸收。腹泻与脂肪泻互为加重，治疗宜进少渣、易消化、高蛋白饮食，可用考来烯胺。
