粘多糖


粘多糖为旧名,现已改成氨基多糖一词。由氨基已糖、己糖醛酸以及其它己糖所组成的高分子化合物。是结缔组织、粘液的重要组成部分。常含有醋酸和硫酸基团,分酸性粘多糖(如粘液素、软骨素、透明质酸等)和中性粘多糖(如血型物质等)两种。粘多糖与保护、粘合、减少摩擦等生理功能有关。
