聚合酶链反应
polymerase chain reaction,PCR

是用特异性寡核苷酸引物在DNA聚合酶的作用下对靶DNA序列进行大量扩增的分子生物学方法。PCR技术中以在短时间内把极其微量的特定DNA(或RNA)片断大量增扩,达到用常规方法就可以检测的水平。临床用来确定一些疾病的病原体,因其假阳性率较高,故应谨慎使用。
