Objective To investigate whether L-4F, an apolipoprotein A-1 mimetic, can inhibit the influence of low density lipoprotein (LDL) on the association of heat shock protein90 (hsp90) with endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and LDL- induced increase lipid hydroperoxide (LOOH) generation.
