管理层次
管理层次一个企业组织内设立的行政等级数目。通常把企业的经营管理层次分为三层:①最高管理层。又称最高经营领导层。由企业的领导人员和主要管理人员组成。主要负责企业全局性长远的战略发展方向、重大的经营策略、综合性的经营计划等重大问题的决策、领导和指挥，直接关系到企业经营的成败。②中层管理层。又称执行管理层。其职责主要是执行最高管理层所制定的经营目标、方针和政策，为实现企业的总任务做好自己负责的部门、分公司、分厂或车间的工作，并制定本部门、本单位的具体管理目标，拟定实施企业总计划的具体方案，控制计划的执行。③基层管理层。又称作业管理层。其职责是直接向中层管理层负责，按照规定的计划、生产流程、工艺规程，负责完成最高管理和中层管理机构交给的具体生产任务。在一般情况下，管理层次少，上下信息沟通快，办事效率高，组织简明，便于上级指挥下级和监督下级。但是，如果管理层次过少，所属下级人数过多，增加协调的工作量，易造成失控现象。管理层次多，组织严密，权力易于集中，一级管理一级，减少最高管理层工作量。但是，管理层次过多，信息沟通比较慢，往往不易发挥职工的积极性和创造性，也会影响管理效率的提高。当企业规模已定时，管理层次与管理幅度成反比关系，管理层次越少，管理幅度越宽，其管理组织机构成扁平型;相反，管理层次越多，管理幅度越窄，其管理组织机构成高层型。企业合理的管理层次要依据具体情况而定，主要取决于行业生产特点和有效的管理幅度。
