黄热病 yellow fever 由黄热病毒引起的急性传染病。病人常出现黄疸伴发热,故名。17~19世纪流行较严重。20世纪以后,仅局限在中南美洲和非洲,中国无此病。该病的传播媒介是蚊,临床表现轻重不一,极轻者类似感冒,只有1~2日发热、头痛;重者常突然高热、全身疼痛,眼结膜充血、白血细胞降低,持续数日后,症状减轻,然后再出现黄疸、肝功能异常、出血、蛋白尿,甚至无尿。预防的重点是灭蚊,疫苗效果慢。赴流行区工作者应预先接种。 |
