| 黄热病 yellow fever 由黄热病毒引起的急性传染病。病人常出现黄疸伴发热，故名。17～19世纪流行较严重。20世纪以后，仅局限在中南美洲和非洲，中国无此病。该病的传播媒介是蚊，临床表现轻重不一，极轻者类似感冒，只有1～2日发热、头痛；重者常突然高热、全身疼痛，眼结膜充血、白血细胞降低，持续数日后，症状减轻，然后再出现黄疸、肝功能异常、出血、蛋白尿，甚至无尿。预防的重点是灭蚊，疫苗效果慢。赴流行区工作者应预先接种。 |
