Study on Credibility System Construction in Appointed Medical Institution of Medical Insurance

[Objective] To analyze the distribution of the unregulated actions,and offer some evidences to strengthen the supervision to appointed medical institutions of new rural CMS.

According to the current sitution and practice of the development of Social Medical Insurance(SMI) in our country and in the view of practical administration, this article tempts to evaluate the appointed medical institutions of SMI with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Case Dividing Type Process(CDTP).

Conclusions The distribution of authorized medical institutions is unreasonable in Xishan county.

Plus,it is conductive to the establishment of self-restricting mechanism for fixed-point medical institutions of urban,and also to help prevent illegal acts of insurance fraud.
