Objective: To establish an oxidative stress model induced by cumene hydroperoxide(cHP)in testis and epididymis of rats in vivo,and to understand the peroxidative damage of oxidative stress in testis,epididymal sperm and its propensity to induce nuclear DNA damage during spermatogenesis and sperm maturation in vivo.

    异丙苯过氧化氢又称过氧化二异丙苯、二枯基过氧化物、硫化剂DCP,分子量270.38,无色棱形结晶,相对密度(20 ℃/4℃)1.082,熔点39~41℃,闪点133℃,燃点218℃,折射率1.5350,升华温度100 ℃(26,7Pa),t1/2=1min(170℃)、3.1h(120℃)、5.7h(120℃)、9.8h(115℃)、10h(117℃)、100h(101℃),分解温度(0.2M苯)115℃。溶于苯、异丙苯、乙醚,微溶于乙醇,不溶于水。室温下稳定。为强氧化剂。毒性低,LD504l00mg/kg。
    用作厌氧胶的引发剂,还用作酚醛—丁腈胶粘剂的交联剂,提高耐热性和耐老化性。
    贮存于明暗的库房内,密封保管,远离火种、热源。
