性质:又称亮氨醇,2-氨基-4-甲基正戊醇。有左旋、右旋、外消旋三种光学异构体。(1)右旋体(d-)沸点98~99℃(1.466kPa),其草酸盐熔点216℃,旋光度-7.0°(3%水)。(2)左旋休(l-)沸点98~99℃(1.466kPa),其草酸盐熔点216℃,旋光度+7.0°(3%水)。(3)外消旋体(dl)沸点198~200℃(102.391kPa),密度0.9173g/cm3;能溶于水、乙醇,难溶于乙醚。由N-苯基-2-硝基异已醇与二氯化锡及盐酸加热还原制取。用作有机合成原料。
