复方苦参汤

Methods:A randomized study was made in 89 patients,the study groups(45cases)received the treatment of fumigating and sitz bath with complex prescription of sophorae soup,the control group(44 cases) received the treatment of spreading on pars affecta with urea ointment.
目的:观察复方苦参汤外治肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。

针菇肉丝汤
原料：
金针菇1把、肉丝80克、水4～6碗、淀粉1大匙、青葱1根、酱油1大匙
辅料：
柴鱼粉1小匙、盐适量、白胡椒粉少许、香油少许
做法：
1、肉丝先用酱油拌腌；金针菇切去蒂头洗净切成两段；青葱切葱花；水同步烧开备用。
2、将金针菇投入滚水中，接着取肉丝沾上淀粉投入，再以柴鱼粉、盐调味，熄火前放入葱花及白胡椒粉，滴少许香油即成。
tips：
金针菇不易分开，切成两段才能完全松散开来。
