chronic acalculous cholecystitis
胆囊内不含结石，囊壁从轻度的慢性炎症细胞浸润到胆囊黏膜的严重破坏、纤维化、萎缩。引起的原因可能是胆囊管的部分梗阻、胆囊的长时间胆汁停滞、细菌或病毒感染(如病毒性肝炎)、浓缩胆汁的刺激、胰液反流、胆道真菌或寄生虫感染、过敏反应等。表现为上腹不适、慢性消化不良，症状明显者需行胆囊切除术治疗。
