| 酒楼 中国古代供饮宴用的店铺 。又称酒肆、 酒舍 、 酒店。宋代酒店与食店分建，清代大酒店酒、食兼卖。小店则不兼卖。大型酒楼饭庄可分楼房型、宅邸型和花园型 3 种。楼房型酒楼以2～3层的楼房为主，楼下布置散座，楼上分隔为小室。宅邸型酒楼由若干院落和厅堂组成，可同时供若干宴会用，院中还可设戏台。花园型酒楼是在园内建轩馆亭榭，种植花木，房屋使用靠背栏杆（钓窗）具有园林特色。中小型酒食店无固定格局，大多沿街巷或河道设置。 |
