酒楼 中国古代供饮宴用的店铺 。又称酒肆、 酒舍 、 酒店。宋代酒店与食店分建,清代大酒店酒、食兼卖。小店则不兼卖。大型酒楼饭庄可分楼房型、宅邸型和花园型 3 种。楼房型酒楼以2~3层的楼房为主,楼下布置散座,楼上分隔为小室。宅邸型酒楼由若干院落和厅堂组成,可同时供若干宴会用,院中还可设戏台。花园型酒楼是在园内建轩馆亭榭,种植花木,房屋使用靠背栏杆(钓窗)具有园林特色。中小型酒食店无固定格局,大多沿街巷或河道设置。 |
