从长果升麻(Souliea vaginata)根茎中分离出6种皂甙,经光谱(FAB-MS、~1HNMR、~1H-~1H-COSY、~(13)C-NMR、~1H-~(13)C-COSY)分析,分别鉴定为27-deoxyactein (1),actein(2),25-0-乙酰升麻醇木糖甙(3),25-甲基升麻醇木糖甙(4),升麻醉木糖甙(5),24-acetylhydroshengmanol xyloside (6),其中1为新的天然产物。

性质:又称磁麻苷,罗布麻苷。针状结晶(由甲醇中),熔点148℃,旋光度+39.2°(甲醇),+39.0°(c=1.7,氯仿)。可溶于甲醇、氯仿,不溶于水。植物来源有夹竹桃科植物罗布麻(Apocynum venetum L.)的根,磁麻(A. caTqnabinum L.),叉茎加拿大麻(A. androsae mifolium  D.)根等。具有强心和抗肿瘤作用。可作强心剂,临床用于急、慢性心力衰竭及心衰时的心绞痛的治疗。
